摘　　要：我国研究生教育质量与世界发达国家相比，存在着创新精神与创新能力培养不足等问题。本文结合南京医科大学病理学与病理生理学重点实验室多年来在研究生教育实践中的体会，从学科建设、基础训练、研究生管理、品德、学风、学术交流等方面，阐述了提高我校病理生理学系研究生培养质量的方法和措施，以期为我国基础医学研究生创新人才的培养提供相应的理论支持和可供借鉴的经验。The post-graduates whether have creative spirit and ability are the maximal difference between the post-graduate education of China and the developed countries. To provide the effective theory and experience in training post-graduates with creative spirit and ability for Chinese post-graduate education, we summarize the measures we have clone to elevate the quality of post-graduates ＇ cultivation, these measures were focused on strengthening the construction of pathophysiological science, fundamental train- ing, academic communication, administration of the post-graduates, moral cultivation, and moral in a school.
