摘　　要：介绍光电NMOS阵列探测器S3901-1024在光谱测量应用中的特点,详细分析了探测器的结构,对器件的驱动进行了分析和设计,采用了CPLD技术,设计的时序信号满足了器件的驱动逻辑,并给出仿真和实测波形。采用高速的14位AD对模拟量进行数字化转换,通过USB2.0控制芯片CY7C68013A内部的FIFO实现数据与上层计算机的高速块传输。最后给出了测量结果表明,数据稳定可靠。The article illustrates the application ofS3901-1024, a photoelectrical NMOS array detector, to the measurement of spectrum, and gives detailed analysis on the structure of the detector as well as its driver. Aided by CPLD technology, the temporal signals are designed to meet the logic demand of the instrument. Both simulative and actual waveforms are presented. High speed AD device is applied to convert analog signals into digital signals, and CY7C68013A, a chip that supports USB2.0 protocol, is used to implement a high speed data stream between the AD device and the computer. Measured results suggest that the transferred data is both stable and credible.
