摘　　要：为加强施工企业物资管理,缩短管理空间,改变传统物资管理模式,实现项目物资管理的标准化,结合项目管理实际情况,利用互联网及计算机管理优势,开发企业物资管理信息平台。通过平台的开发应用,有效地提升了施工企业的物资管理的水平,降低企业的管理成本,为打造企业的核心竞争力做了一些有益的尝试。Based on actual management project, management advantages of internet and computer are used to develop enterprise material management information platform, which can strengthen material management of construction enterprise, shorten management space and change traditional mode of material management to realize the standardization of project material management. Tne material management is effectively enhanced and management cost is decreased in construction enterprise. Some measures are adopted to establish core competition of enterprise.
