单一型干部培训院校图书馆用户需求导向的馆藏建设策略研究

摘　　要：通过对干部培训院校干部培训的需求分析,发现其具有以政策信息为核心、新颖动态系统性和多层次性的特点。通过与学历教育类院校图书馆馆藏建设的比较,结合科学决策的过程,确定用户需求导向的馆藏建设的资源内容。最后从拓展决策支持类资源的采集渠道、利用先进信息技术采集和组织馆藏资源、根据培训需求补充调整馆藏内容三个方面探讨用户需求导向的馆藏建设策略。Through analyzing cadres training information needs of cadres training college, this paper reveals some information needs characters ： policy-information-centered, novel-dynamic-systemic and muhilayer. After comparing with collection construction of education college library and considering process of scientific decision-making, this paper also brings forward resource content of user-need based collection construction and discusses user-need based collection construction strategy from three aspects： extending collecting ways of decision-making-supported resources, collecting and managing library collection using advanced information technology, adding and adjusting collection content according to training requirement.
