高粘度等级抗磨液压油在综合采煤机上的使用寿命研究

摘　　要：概述了国内外抗磨液压油的换油指标，并通过高粘度等级抗磨液压油在综合采煤机上的应用，认为用ＳＨ／Ｔ０５９９－９４Ｌ－ＨＭ液压油换油指标来评价该油的使用寿命基本适宜。结果表明高粘度等级抗磨液压油在综合采煤机上有较长的换油期，可以满足综合采煤机用油要求。The oil drain index of antiwear hydraulic fluids at home and abroad was summarized.The high ISO VG antiwear hydraulic fluids have been applied to combinatory coal-getter,indicating that it is suitable for using the change specification of SH/T 0599-94 LHM hydraulic fluids to evaluate its service life.The results showed that change period of this oil is longer in combinatory coal-getter,it can meet the service requirements of coal-getter.
