城市群规划的实效性评价方法及应用--以江西省城市群规划为例

摘　　要：在对城市群规划实效性评价的含义、原则、指标和方法进行阐述的基础上,建立评价指标体系和AHP评价方法对江西省四次城市群规划的实效性进行了定量评价。研究发现,基于城市群规划实效性评价概念和内容的AHP建模方法对城市群规划系统的实效性评价具有一定效果,它能将复杂的规划系统给予定量化的比较,同时还具有思路清晰、方法简便、系统性强等特点。当然,在具体应用中,还需根据评价对象对评价指标和权重作相应的改进。With explanations to the connation, princiles, indicators and method of effectiveness appraisal of urban agglomeration planning, this paper sets up appraisal indicators system and AHP to evaluate the effectiveness of the fourth urban planning of Jiangxi Province. The results show that AHP helps evaluate urban agglomeration planning and it can not only make the complex planning system to be quantitatively compared, but also has characteristics of clear ideas, simple application, systemic characteristics and so on. There are, however, some flaws in AHP, so it must be improved with evaluation indicators and targets if the model is applied.
