摘　　要：以学习实践科学发展观为指导思想,总结国家网球队备战北京奥运周期的主要工作,在深刻认识现代网球本质特征的前提下,归纳了本周期网球训练实践发生的"五个转变";在深入研究网球项目规律和特点的基础上,有效地解决了前进中的主要问题,努力实现了管理观念与机制的创新;提出了下一周期训练工作的基本思路和要处理好的"六个关系",以及今后的"六项主要任务"。Directed by the outlook of scientific development, and on the basis of summery of National Tennis Team＇ s preparation for the Beijing Olympic cycle and knowledge of nature of modem tennis, five transitions are induced in the training practice of the cycle ; main problems in endeavor are solved and innovation on management view and mechanism are implemented; general thinking of training in the next Olympic cycle, ＇six relations to deal with, and six major tasks are put forward.
