我国职业足球运动员商业保险现状的研究

摘　　要：从1994年职业化开始至今,我国足球运动职业化发展已经历经了14年风风雨雨,在这十几年的时间里,与职业足球运动员保险相关的事件多次引起各方的关注。辽宁队球员曲乐衡车祸事件、沈阳金德外援班古拉左眼失明事件,都曾一时间成为社会议论的焦点。保险与足球运动息息相关,2008年1月1日中国足协拟定的全新《中超足球俱乐部运动员工作合同》中明确规定,俱乐部必须给球员缴纳社会养老保险、社会失业保险、大病医疗保险、人身意外伤害保险和住房公积金。在此背景下,对辽宁省职业足球运动员保险的商业保险现状进行了调查,并对商业保险市场的供给和需求状况进行了分析。通过分析发现,辽宁省职业足球运动员商业保险市场呈现出市场供给不足、市场需求旺盛的现状。Since the professionalization of football in 1994, professional football has been developing for 14 years. During the years, a series of events related to professional football players have attracted much attention. For example, the Liaoning Team＇ s player Qu Le-heng and a Shenyang Jinde Team＇ s foreign player＇ s one eye blind, both were focused on by the society. The develotpment of professional football is closely related to insurances. In 2008, the Football Association of China regulated a new work contract that the club must pay the endowment insurance, unamployment insurance, hospitalization insurance and contingency insurance for players. On this background, this paper studies the professional players＇ commercial insurance in Liaoning Province and draws a conclusion that the market supply of the commercial insurance is insufficient, but the market demand is boom.
