摘 要:通过对大鼠进行为期7周的递增负荷实验,发现长期递增负荷运动训练导致大鼠肝脏形态学结构异常,肝脏功能下降;心肌形态学结构异常,心肌肌丝排列紊乱、线粒体结构异常和功能降低,导致运动能力低下。通过对实验组大鼠进行中药干预使得运动大鼠肝脏形态学结构维持正常,明显降低了大负荷强度运动对肝脏形态学的不利影响;中药干预使运动大鼠心肌形态学结构维持正常,心肌肌丝排列整齐、线粒体结构完整;有利于运动能力的维持。In this study, the rats take increasing training load during 7 weeks. It is found that for long term increasing load sport training, their organic shape of liver becomes abnormal and the function declined ; the organic shape of heart becomes abnormal, myocardial muscle wire becomes disorder, the organic shape of mitochondria in the heart becomes abnormal and the function declined, which lead the function of movement down. The study uses the Chinese medicine to intervention the organic shape of liver, which makes the organic shape normal and also it interferes the organic shape of heart and makes the organic shape of heart normal. It makes the myocardial muscle wire ordered, and keeps the organic shape of rnitochondria complete. All of them can keep the sport ability.
