摘　　要：目的为了保证血细胞分析质量,探讨制定血细胞显微镜复检标准的可行性。方法参照国内有关资料制定血细胞复检标准,对12433例全血标本的结果进行分析。结果仪器检测的12433例标本中有3879例符合复检标准,占31.2%,其中有756例细胞有形态异常或/和幼稚细胞或细胞计数错误,占19.5%。不符合复检标准的8554例标本中,48例有形态学异常或细胞计数错误。结论制定实验室血细胞复检标准,可以大大减少分析误差,提高血细胞分析质量。Objective To discuss the feasibility of formulating the standards of the blood cells microscope recheck, for ensuring the quality of the blood cells analysis. Method Refer to the internal related information, formulate the standards of the blood cells microscope recheck to analyse the results of 12 433 whole blood samples. Results In the 12 433 examined samples, 3 879 samples are accorded with the standard of the blood ceils recheck, accounting for 31.2 %. Among the rest 8 554 samples, 48 samples have morphological abnormitys or blood cells counting errors. Conclusion The formulation of the standards of the laboratory blood cells microscope recheck, greatly reduce the errors in the blood cells analysis and improve the quality, of blood cells analysis.
