乡村清洁工程:农户认知、行为及影响因素分析——基于湖北省的实证研究

摘　　要：本文采用湖北省6个市、县、区的26个乡村清洁工程示范村515份农户调查问卷,分析了农户对乡村清洁工程的认知、参与意愿及影响因素。研究认为,受农户素质、农村信息闭塞和环卫基础设施等因素的影响,乡村清洁工程建设还有待深入;乡村清洁工程建设在农业产业化程度较高的地区比在传统农区更容易开展;政府的鼓励对农户参与积极性具有显著影响;应加强农村基础设施建设、培养创新型农民和强化政府引导职能,从而推动乡村清洁工程建设。In this paper, 515 households questionnaire data from 26 village demonstration projects at six cities, counties and District in Hubei Province is been used to analysis and discuss the farmers’ awareness, wishes and influencing factors on the village sanitation projects. Affected by the farmers’ low education level, the information occlusion in rural areas and sanitation infrastructure and other factors, the rural sanitation projects needs to be developed in depth; the rural sanitation projects are more easily to carry out in the rural area with higher industrialization level in agriculture than in the traditional rural areas; the government’s encourage has significant impact on the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in the project. And therefore, the infrastructure construction should be strengthened in rural areas, to cultivate innovative farmers and strengthen the functions of government guidance, so as to promote the construction of rural sanitation.
