延边朝鲜族自治州农村居民艾滋病防治健康教育需求定性调查  

The qualitative survey on the AIDS prevention and control health education needs of rural residents in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture

摘　　要：目的了解朝鲜族农村地区艾滋病防治健康教育需求,为今后更有针对性地开展艾滋病防治健康教育工作提供相关依据。方法对艾滋病防治工作人员、村医和村干部、村民等目标人群采用个人深入访谈和专题小组访谈。结果共访谈州、县艾滋病防治工作人员5人,朝鲜族行政村村干部和村医10人,访谈朝鲜族村民8组54人。近年来,当地开展了很多艾滋病防治宣传教育工作,取得了较好的效果,朝鲜族村民基本了解艾滋病防治知识,但存在模糊和错误认识,歧视与恐惧现象仍然存在,不安全性行为有增多趋势。朝族村民更愿意接受有朝族语言和文字的传播材料,喜欢看电视节目,相信村干部,喜欢图多字少的平面材料。结论艾滋病流行形势依然严峻,健康教育工作的覆盖面和深入程度还不能满足实际需要,应充分发挥村干部、村医的积极作用,以面对面宣传教育与电视、广播等大众媒体相结合,开展以社区为基础的综合性健康教育工作。Objective To learn the heath education needs of Korean nationality; Rural residents, and provide the basis for carry out the health education of AIDS prevention and control. Methods The qualitative methods were used such as in-depth interviews and focus group interviews with the target groups which were AIDS prevention and control staffs, village doctor and village cadres. Results There were 5 - state/county AIDS prevention and control staffs interviewed, and 10 Korean village cadres and doctors, g groups Korean villagers with total 54. In recent years, the local department carried out a lot of publicity and education works on AIDS prevention and control, and achieved good results, but the ambiguous and erroneous understanding and the phenomenon of discrimination and fear still existed in these areas and the trend of unsafe sex behavior was increased. The Korean villagers were more willing accepts the Korean language communication materials such as the Korean TV programs and the plane materials with more pictures. Condusion The AIDS epidemic situation is still serious. The coverage and depth of heath education can not meet the needs of AIDS prevention and control now and we should empower the village doctor and cadres to carry out the comprehensive heath education works which were face-to-face propaganda and education with the television, radio and other mass media combined in community.
