摘  要:研究了滑石粉、高岭土、#1CaCO3、#2CaCO3四种填料对再生新闻纸印刷性能的影响。结果表明:滑石粉、高岭土、#1CaCO3、#2CaCO3较合适的添加量分别为5%、8%、8%和10%。加入10%的#2CaCO3后,纸张白度增加11.2%,平滑度增加50.0%,光散射系数增加42.4%,油墨吸收性能增加13.4%,裂断长和撕裂指数的减小幅度分别为3.6%和20.3%,掉毛掉粉现象不明显。A comparative study on the influences of four kinds of filler, such as talc, kaolinite, CaCO3 No.1 and CaCO3 No.2 on the printability of newsprint from recycled fiber was carried out. The results show that the appropriate dosages of talc, kaolinite, CaCO3 No.1 and CaCO3 No.2 are 5%, 8%, 8% and 10% respectively. After adding 10% of CaCO3 No.2, the whiteness of paper raised by 11.2%, smoothness by 50.0%, light scattering coefficient by 42.4%, ink absorbability by 13.4%, while the breaking length and tearing index were reduced by 3.6% and 20.3% respectively with degree of linting and dusting not obvious.
