摘　　要：虞坚尔教授根据沪上地域特点和小儿脾常不足的生理特征,认为小儿急性发病后多有"脾虚综合征"的表现,常异病同治,擅用健脾法,习用四君子汤化裁治疗儿科疾病。并对哮喘、心悸、血尿3则验案加以分析。Based on the characteristics of Shanghai＇ s climate and physiological nature of childhood spleen asthenia, Professor Yu Jianer suggests that children always have the syndrome of spleen asthenia after acute illnesses. So Professor Yu usually uses the method of invigorating spleen and ＂Si Junzi Decoction＂ as the basic prescription to treat childhood diseases. Three medical cases respectively of childhood asthma, palpitation, and hematuria were presented.
