摘　　要：总结分析范忠泽教授以健脾为主辨治肠癌的临证思路。认为肠癌辨治当以扶正为本、尤重健脾,辨证与辨病相结合,善用专方、综合调理。临床疗效显著。This paper summarizes Drofessor Fan Zhongze＇ clinical experience in the differentiation and treatment of intestinal cancer. It is argued that the treatment of intestinal cancer should focus on supporting healthy qi, nourishing the spleen in particular, combining syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation, prescribing special formula and comprehensive regulation. Excellent results have been obtained.
