特色水药罐治疗椎间盘源性腰痛32例

摘　　要：目的观察特色水药罐治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为两组,特色水药罐组(中药煎剂的药汁置于罐内,行拔罐法)32例,火罐组(传统拔火罐)30例,通过疼痛积分评定的变化进行疗效观察。结果两组患者治疗前后自身比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗结束后1个月随访疼痛评分分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种疗法均能改善椎间盘源性下腰痛的症状,特色水药罐疗效好于火罐治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of herbal cupping therapy for lumbago due to intervertebral disc diseases. Methods Sixty-two subjects were randomized into two groups ： treatment group in which 32 cases were treated by herbal cupping therapy and control group in which 30 cases were treated by conventional cupping therapy ; the clinical efficacy was observed in terms of lumbago scores. Results Compared with before treatment, the clinical efficacy was fairly significant after treatment and one-month survey（ p 〈0.01 ）, with better efficacy in treatment group than in control group（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Both cupping therapies are effective against lumbago due to intervertebral disc diseases, but the herbal cupping therapy works better.
