红景天复方提高小鼠抗疲劳能力的效果

摘　　要：目的观察红景天复方提高小鼠抗疲劳能力的效果,为进一步用于军事作业人员提供实验依据。方法将160只雄性昆明种小鼠随机分为4大组(n=40),分别用于负重游泳时间观察、血清尿素测定、血乳酸测定、肝糖原测定;每大组又随机分为4小组(n=10):低、中、高剂量红景天复方组和对照组。低(0.12 g/kg)、中(0.24 g/kg)、高(0.72 g/kg)剂量分别相当于人体推荐剂量的5、10、30倍。灌胃给药,每天1次,连续30 d;对照组给予等量蒸馏水。比较各组小鼠体质量、力竭性游泳时间、血清尿素、血乳酸浓度及肝糖原水平的变化。结果与对照组相比,高剂量药物组负重游泳时间延长63.6%(P<0.01),运动后血清尿素浓度减少17.8%(P<0.05),血乳酸曲线下面积减少8.6%(P<0.01)。各组小鼠的体质量和肝糖原储备量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论红景天复方具有缓解小鼠体力疲劳的作用。Objective To observe the effects of Rhodiola compound on anti-fatigue ability of mice, so as to provide experimental basis for furthaer application to military workers. Methods One hundred and sixty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups （n = 40） for swimming test, serum urea assay, blood lactic assay, and liver glycogen assay respectively. Each group was again divided into the following four subgroups （ n = 10） ： low, middle, high dose groups of Rhodiola compound, and control group. The drug was given intragastrically at the dosage of 0.12 g/kg, 0.24 g/kg, and 0.72 g/kg （corresponding to 5, 10 and 30 times respectively of the doses recommended to human） once daily for 30 d. Equal volume of distilled water was given to control group. Body weight, exhausted swimruing time, serum urea level, blood lactate concentration, and hepatic glycogen content in Rhodiola compound treated groups were compared with those in the control. Results The swimming time was 63.6% more （P 〈 0.01 ）, seram urea 17.8 % less （ P 〈 0.05）, and blood lactatic curve area 8.6 % less （ P 〈 0.01 ） in high dose treated group than in control group. There were no significant differences in body weight and hepatic glycogen content among treated and control groups（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Rhodiola compound has the effect of enhancing anti-fatigue ability of mice.
