摘 要:目的研究高能微波(HPM)对小鼠淋巴瘤L5178Y3.2.7c-tk+/-细胞的影响,以明确高能微波的致突变性和细胞毒性。方法微波频率为7.9 GHz,功率为10.0 mW/cm2,以不同的时间(0~75 min)辐照L5178Y细胞,分别进行细胞毒性、细胞接种效率、相对悬浮生长率和tk基因突变率的测定。结果随微波照射时间的延长,L5178Y细胞的相对存活率和悬浮生长率明显降低,照射75 min时分别降低51.4%和89.7%。最长照射时间诱导L5178Y细胞tk基因的突变率是阴性对照突变率1.5倍,尚未达到2倍,未见明显致突变性。结论HPM对L5178Y细胞具有明显的细胞毒性,但未见明显诱导tk基因突变。Objective To study the cytotoxic effect and mutagenic effect of tk gene of mouse lymphoma cells after microwave exposure. Methods Lymphoma (LS178Y) cells were irradiated with high power microwave (HPM frequency:7.9 GHz, power: 10.0 mW/cm2) at different time (0- 75 min ). Determination of cytotoxicity, cell inoculation efficiency, relative survival rate and mutation frequency was performed. Results The relative survival rate and relative suspension growth rate of LS178Y cells were significantly decreased with the increasing time of HPM irradiation (decreased by 51.4%, and 89.7% respectively after 75 min irradiation). The mutation frequency of tk gene irradiated with HPM for 75 min was 1.5 times higher than that of negative control group but less than 2 times. Conclusion HPM has obvious cytotoxic effects on LS178Y cells, but no evident mutagenic effects on tk gene.
