摘　　要：近年来,湖南高新技术产业发展迅速,已成为湖南经济社会发展的重要力量之一。文章介绍一种高新技术产业信息系统建设方案,阐述系统建设原则、构建方法及系统所具有的功能,旨在通过该系统让各级科技管理机构、部门充分掌握高新技术产业整体情况、发展趋势,充分了解高新技术产业发展状况及存在的问题,并及时对湖南省高新技术及其产业发展状况进行分析、预测,为政府研究和制定湖南省高新技术产业发展规划提供依据。In recent years, the Hunan high-new technology industry development was rapid, it has become one of the important forces for the Hunan economic society developement. The article introduced one kind of construction plan of the high-new technology industry information system, elaborated the system construction principle, the construction method and the function of the system, for the purpose of through this system enabling all levels of science and technology management structure and the department to keep abreast of the high-new technology industry overall situation, the development trend fully, to know the high-new technology industry development condition and the existent questions fully, and to promptly carry on the analysis and forecasting to the Hunan high-new technology and the industrial development condition in order to provide the basis for researching and establishing the development plan of Hunan high-new technology industry.
