摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定黄连及金芪降糖片(金银花、黄连、黄芪)中3种小檗型生物碱(药根碱、巴马汀、小檗碱)的反相高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(30∶70)为流动相,检测波长为345 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果:在上述条件下测定黄连中药根碱、巴马汀、小檗碱的平均含量分别1.34%、1.61%、7.12%,金芪降糖片中药根碱、巴马汀、小檗碱的平均含量分别为0.35%、0.64%、1.54%。结论:本方法操作简单、结果准确、回收率高、重现性好,可用于黄连及金芪降糖片的质量控制。AIM： To establish a reversed-phase HPLC method of determining three kinds of berberinc type alkaloids （jatrorrhizine, palmatine and berberine） in Rhizoma Coptidis and Jinqi Jiangtang Tablet （Flos Loniceraejaponicae, Rhizoma Coptidis and Radix Astragali） METHODS： RP-HPLC was used for determination. The separation was carried out on Diamonsil C18 column （4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm） with the mobile phase containing acetonitrile-0.1 mol/L potassium dihydrogeu phosphate （30 ： 70） and a detective wavelength was at 345 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. RESULTS ： The average contents of jatrorrhizine, palmatine and berberine in Rhizoma Coptidis and Jinqi Jiangtang Tablet were 1.34%, 1.61%, 7.12% and 0.35%, 0.64%, 1.54% respectively. CONCLUSION： The method is simple, accurate with a good recovery and repeatability and can be used to control the quality of Rhizoma Coptidis and Jinqi Jiangtang Tablet.
