摘　　要：通过对某校教职工健身活动现状的调查研究,全面了解和掌握教职工健康活动基本状况,提高教职工健身活动的认识程度,达到科学的健身锻炼效果,宣传以健身促健康的绿色健康理念,动员和帮助教职工积极主动地进行健身活动,提高身体素质,更好地为学校的可持续发展提供坚实的人力资源保障。Through Liaoning the research on the present situation of teaching and administrative staffg physical training in Provincial College of Communications, the article provides specific datas on a thorough knowing - well of staffg physical fimess, so that human resources protection could be supplied to our collegeg enduring development by a good cognition on fitness exercising, by a good effect of exercising, by publicizing the idea of fitness, by mobilization of exercising.
