配种后子宫注入不同药液对母牛受胎率的影响

摘　　要：通过应用抗生素与中草药制剂——清宫液两种不同子宫冲洗液对配种牛处理,结果表明;试验组对母牛受胎率的提高有显著效果(P<0.05),两种不同试验组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。说明配种后用这两种药物冲洗子宫可显著提高受胎率,由于中草药付作用小,故中草药剂——清宫液可为首选药。The dairy cows after mating were used to conduct a treatment with two oterus irrigation fluids of antibiotics and chinese herbal medieine-Qinggongye, The results showed that there was a sigmifieant improvement effect of two treatments on the conception rate of dairy cows （ P 〈 0.05 ） , but there was not significant differenel between two treatment groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） . The Chinese herbal medicine -Qinggongye which had the less side effects should be used as the first choice in medice in spite of that there was the sigrifieant improved effect of two uterus irrigation fluids on the conception rato of dairy cows after mating.
