摘　　要：在主城区控制性详细规划工作中,常州市结合自身实际,对控规的编制内容、深度、方式等进行积极创新,探索建立了以"6212"为重点控制内容的编制方法,并首次使用了新开发的控规软件进行编制和管理,在标准、技术、成果、进度、口径、验收、入库和管理等八方面实现了统一,形成了一套具有常州地方特色的控规编制和管理体系。In this paper, Changzhou makes positive innovations in the regulatory detailed planning of the main city including the contents, depth and approaches of the plan on the basis of its current situations. And it explores a method which focuses on the control of the red, green, blue, yellow, purple and orange lines, the non-profit facilities and civil infrastructure, the featured areas, and the imperative and guiding indexes. Using the newly developed regulatory detailed planning software for the first time, it realizes the integration in the aspects of standard, technologies, final documents, progress,database and management of the plan. Therefore the formulation and administration system of regulatory detailed plan of Changzhou has formed outstanding local features.
