摘 要:以中小跨径钢筋混凝土桥梁为研究对象,以层次分析法为基础,构造桥梁评定层次结构模型并确定层次指标权重;引入模糊数学原理,用等级隶属向量代替打分法确定指标状态;引入均衡函数变权原理,用指标状态对指标权重进行惩罚和修正,使评定过程更接近专家评定的思维模式.通过实例应用,对层次分析评定法、模糊综合评定法和考虑变权的模糊综合评定法3种评定模式进行比较,分析结果表明,考虑变权的桥梁模糊综合评定方法,层次结构清晰,原理科学实用,评定结果更能反映桥梁的客观安全状态.The assessment method of existing bridge safety was studied,which targets the ordinary small to midsize reinforced concrete bridge.The safety appraisal model of the bridge was set up on the base of AHP,the scoring method was replaced by the vector of membership because of the application of fuzzy mathematical principle and the indicators'weight were amended by the principle of variable weight based on equilibrium-function.All of these application make the assessment process similar with the experts'thought.A case study was given and the three assessment methods were compared which named Analytic Hierarchy Process assessment,fuzzy synthesize assessment and fuzzy synthesize assessment based on the principle of variable weight.Analysis results show the last method has well-structured hierarchy and scientific principle and the assessment result reflects the imperson al bridge safety.
