摘  要:运用英国PP—Systems公司制造的CIRAS-1型便携式光合仪,于2006年5月23—5月30日研究了春季大棚内大果四季草莓品种赛娃和美德莱特的光合特性。结果表明:两草莓品种叶片的净光合速率日变化趋势均呈双峰型,两次峰值出现在上午9时和下午15时左右,第一次高于第二次峰值;叶片气孔导度和蒸腾速率的日变化趋势相似,呈现双峰型;老叶、功能叶、幼叶净光合速率中,功能叶的净光合速率高,老叶和幼叶的净光合速率较低,三种叶片的净光合速率是功能叶〉老叶〉幼叶。With the CIRAS - 1 mobile portable photosynthesis system made in British PP - Systems companies, the photosynthetic characteristic of seasonal strawberry cultivars Selva and Midlight Were studied from 23 -5 to30 - 5. The result showed that the diurnal change tendency of the net photosynthetic rate of seasonal strawberry cuhivars Selva and Midlight all presented a bimodal curve. The first peak value of Selva and Midlight occurred at about 9:00 am, the second peak value occurred at about 15:00 pm. Their later net photosynthetic rate both was higher than the first one. The daily variations of stomata conductance and transpiration rate were basically positive correlation. They all presented a bimodal curve. The net photosynthetic rate of the function leaf of two seasonal strawberries was higher, but the net photosynthetic rate of the old leaf and the young leaf were lower. The net photosynthetic rate of function leaf is more than old leaf and young leaf.
