摘  要:通过对转基因抗虫杨林中主要害虫和天敌的种群动态研究表明,转基因杨对林中主要靶标害虫舞毒蛾Ly-mantria disparL.、杨白潜叶蛾Leucoptera susinella有很好的控制作用,在转基因杨林中非靶标害虫杨白毛蚜Chai-tophorus populialbaeBoyer de Fonscolombe未出现大发生的趋势。在转基因杨高抗和中抗林中,主要捕食性天敌三突花蛛Misumenops tricuspidatus、异色瓢虫Harmonia axyridisPallas的数量与对照相比有增加或减少,而寄生性天敌粘虫白星姬蜂Vulgichneumon leucaniaeUchida的数量明显减少,说明转基因741杨外源基因的转入以及林中靶标和非靶标害虫数量的变化对天敌种群数量的变化有一定影响。Population dynamic of main pest and natural enemy was analyzed in transgenic insect - resistance hybrid poplar 741. The results indicated that Transgenic Poplar 741 had significant control effects on dominant target pest ( Lymantria dispar L. and Leucoptera susinella), and there was not generant trend of large numbers of non - target pests ( Chaitophorus populialbae Boyer de Fonscolombe). The number of main predacitica natural enemy (Misumenops tricuspidatus and Harmonia axyridis Pallas) had increase or decrease in high -resistant and medi- um - resistance compared with that of the control, but the number of parasitoids natural enemy ( Vulgichneumon leucaniae Uchida) had obvious decrease, that exogenous gene trans of the transgenic hybrid poplar 741 and the number variety of target pest and non - target pests had definite influence on the population number of natural enemy.
