土壤灭菌对本溪山樱幼苗光合等生理指标的影响

摘  要:以本溪山樱幼苗为试材,研究了植株生物量、可溶性养分、光合参数及保护酶活性等几种生理指标对根域土壤灭菌处理的响应。结果表明,土壤灭菌处理较未灭菌处理可显著提高本溪山樱幼苗光合机能,增强根系对养分的吸收能力,从而使土壤灭菌处理幼苗的生物量显著大于未灭菌处理。土壤灭菌处理幼苗组织中保护酶活性及可溶性养分含量低于未灭菌处理,可能与其生长发育较旺盛,吸收、合成的大部分营养物质被迅速的树体建造所消耗有关。The Cerasus sachalinensis seedlings were used as materials for studying the responses of biomass, soluble nutrient content, photosynthesis parameters and protective enzyme activity to root -zone soil sterilization. The results showed that the photosynthesis ability of C. sachalinensis of sterilization treatment was higher than that of unsterilization. Soil sterilization could increase the absorbing ability of root, which made the biomass of seedling apparently higher than that of unsterilization. The protective enzyme activity and soluble nutrient content of seedling tissue of sterilization were lower than that of unsterilization, which is porobably relate to that the more vigorous growth and development of seedlings under sterilization and the nutrient of absorbing and composition were consumed rapidly by plant constructing.
