摘 要:为了研究日粮中添加不同水平维生素C对肉鸡抗氧化和免疫性能的影响,选用1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡960只,随机分为3个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复80只。试验日粮参照AA肉仔鸡推荐标准配制,3个处理的口粮维生素C水平分别为:0mg/kg、100mg/kg、150mg/kg。试验期49d。研究结果表明:日粮中添加100~200mg/kg稳定性维生素C可以改善肉鸡增重,降低死淘率(P〈0.05)。不影响肉鸡脾脏指数、法氏囊指数和胸腺指数(P〉0.05)。肉鸡日粮中添加稳定性维生素C100mg/kg和200mg/kg,可以使血清中Cu—ZnSOD活性提高11.14%和23.99%;血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性分别提高0.48%和4.95%。添加200mg/kg维生素C,可以使血清中MDA含量降低了11.71%。由此可以说明,肉鸡日粮中添加稳定性维生素C可以提高肉鸡抗氧化能力,改善生产水平,不影响免疫功能。960 AA broilers were divided into three treatments, four replications for each treatment, to study the effects of different supplemental levels of Vitamin C on antioxidantion and immune function. Vitamin C levels in the three treatments of diets were 0 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg respectively during the 49 days experiment. Other nutrition levels were all reach to AA broiler. The results showed that daily gain, Cu - Zn SOD, GSH -px activity could be improved with increasement of Vitamin C levels, thymus, spleen and burse index were not affected, but MDA level was decreased. When Vitamin C was increased to 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg, Cu - Zn SOD were improved by 11.14% and 23.99% , and GSH - px were improved by 0.48% and 4.95%. MDA level was degraded by 11.71% when Vitamin C was increased to 200 mg/kg. The supplementation of Vitamin C could improve antioxidantion and could be increased gradually with Vitamin C levels, but high level of Vitamin C did not increase the immune function.
