摘  要:针对国内简易棚室空间狭小的特点,研制了一种小型电动松土机,采用曲柄摇杆松土机构,由电动机提供动力。曲柄摇杆松土机构主要由松土爪柄、摇杆、曲柄和松土爪等部分组成,在曲柄的驱动下,松土爪柄带动松土爪进行松土。摇杆的固定点及其与松土爪柄的铰接点,类似于人的胳膊的肩关节和肘关节,使松土机构可更好地模拟人的松土动作。仿真结果表明,松土爪的切土和翻土性能较好,抛土性能减弱,有利于减少功耗,保持土壤的结构。In order to suit the confined space The scarifier has a crank - rocker mechanism in simple greenhouse, a small type electric scarifier was designed for loosening soil and is driven by electric motor. The computer simulation result shows that the scarifier's capability of cutting and digging soil is perfect, at the same time, its capability of throwing soil is weakened, which is good for reducing power consumption and maintaining soil structure.
