左旋氨氯地平与雷米普利治疗轻、中度原发性高血压的临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的观察左旋氨氯地平和雷米普利治疗轻、中度原发性高血压疗效和不良反应。方法将184例高血压患者随机地分为两组,左旋氨氯地平组(n=92)及雷米普利组(n=92),分别观察4周,每周测坐位血压1次,并观察不良反应。结果发现左旋氨氯地平组和雷米普利组均能有效降低血压,左旋氨氯地平的不良反应发生率明显低于雷米普利。结论左旋氨氯地平和雷米普利在治疗高血压方面有相似的疗效,前者不良反应更轻微,是较理想的抗高血压新药。Objective To observe levamlodipine and ramiprilg curative and adverse reaction in treating mild and medium essential hyper- tension. Methods 184 patients with essential hypertension were sampled and randomly divided into levamlodipine （ n = 92 ） and mnlipril （ n = 92 ） groups. Their blood pressures with seating postures were measured once every week and their adverse reactions on levamlodipine and ramipril were recorded and statistically analyzed. Results levamlodipine and ramipril were efficiently to reduce their blood pressures, and the levamlodipine groups＇adverse reactions were obviously milder than ramipril′s Conclusion The data presented here showed that levamlodipine and ramipril have same effect on essential hypertension, however, levamlodipineg adverse reactions were slight and ean be used as an ideal anti -hypertension new medicine.
