输液管理软件《306种药物配伍禁忌》临床应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨确认输液管理软件《306种药物配伍禁忌》简便有效的方法。方法将输液区使用输液管理软件《306种药物配伍禁忌表》以前设为传统方法A组(以下简称A组);输液管理软件《306种药物配伍禁忌表》后设为改良方法B组(以下简称B组)。选取100对药物确认能否配伍的时间,调查50名医生对此种方法的满意度,调查50名护士对此种方法的满意度,一年累计的配药引起的纠纷4个指标A组与B组对比观察。结果B组药物配伍时间、医生和护士满意度优于A组,配药纠纷发生率明显低于A组,各项指标的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论输液管理软件《306种药物配伍禁忌》实用性强,减轻了护士的疲劳,提高工作效率和质量,减少了差错事故和护理纠纷,从而达到护士、医生、病人三者满意。Objective To explore the effect of transfusion administration software on managing pharmaceutical incompatibility of 306 drugs. Methods Traditional administration method was used in group A and transfusion administration software was used in group B. Time to con- firm compatibility of 100 pairs of drugs, satisfaction degree of 50 doctors and 50 nurses to .the software and compounding dispute in a year were researched. Results Four index in research all have significant defferences between group A and group B （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion By using transfusion administration software on managing pharmaceutical incompatibility of 306 drugs, tiredness of nurses was lightened and working efficiency and quality were improved. At the mean time, doctors, nurses and patients were satisfied, because mistake and nursing dispute were decreased.
