摘 要:目的探讨老龄雄性SD大鼠血清睾酮水平变化及海洋胶原肽对其血清睾酮水平的影响。方法48只SPF级健康初断乳雄性SD大鼠,随机分为对照组和海洋胶原肽剂量组(饲料中海洋胶原肽含量分别为2.25%、4.50%和9.00%),每组12只,长期单笼喂养,测定12、18、24月龄时血清中睾酮水平及12、18月龄时血清丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性。结果对照组在12、18、24月龄时血清睾酮含量分别为0.89±0.16、0.58±0.23和0.30±0.11ng/ml;海洋胶原肽干预后,12月龄时,4.50%剂量组血清睾酮含量显著高于对照组,而9.00%剂量组却显著减少;18月龄时各组血清睾酮含量较12月龄时均显著降低。12月龄时,与对照组相比,各剂量组血清MDA含量显著降低,SOD及GSH-Px活性显著升高。18月龄时,4.50%、9.00%剂量组血清MDA含量显著低于对照组,3个剂量组血清SOD活性仍显著高于对照组。随年龄增长,各组血清MDA含量均呈现上升趋势,SOD和GSH-Px活性均呈现下降趋势。结论老龄雄性SD大鼠血清睾酮水平呈增龄性递减趋势,海洋胶原肽可通过其抗氧化作用影响雄性SD大鼠老年时血清睾酮含量。Objective To investigate the serum testosterone level of aging SD male rats and the effect of marine collagen peptides (MCPs) on them. Method 48 SD male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups according to their different doses of MCPs (0 control, 2.25%, 4.50% and 9.00% ) with 12 rats in each. Serum testosterone was measured at the ages of 12, 18 and 24-month. MDA contents and SOD, GSH-Px activities in blood serum were measured at the ages of 12, 18 and 24-month. Results Serum testosterone levels of 12, 18 and 24-month-old rats in control group were 0.89 ± 0.16, 0.58 ± 0.23, 0.30 ± 0.11 ng/ml. Serum testosterone level of 4.50% dose group was significantly higher than those of control group and serum testosterone level of 9.00% dose group was significantly lower at the ages of 12-month. Compared with the 12-month-old rats, serum testosterone levels of all groups in 18-month-old rats were significantly lower. Compared with control group, MDA levels of serum were significantly lower and the activities of serum SOD and GSH-Px were obviously higher in three dose groups at 12- month-old. At 18-month-old, serum MDA levels of 4.50% and 9.00% dose group were lower than control group and the activities of serum SOD in three dose groups were still higher. The serum MDA levels of all the groups increased, and the activities of serum SOD and GSH-Px decreased as the rats got older. Conclusion Serum testosterone level of aging SD male rats decreased, and MCPs could affect them as the antioxidants if the rats were treated at an early age.
