摘　　要：原有10 kV电网中性点接地方式的运行经验可供20 kV电压等级应用中借鉴。分析了电阻接地方式的分类和优点,通过对镇江4座用户变电所供电网络采用中性点经电阻接地方式和实际运行情况的分析,总结了20 kV配电网在中性点接地方式选择、变压器联结组别选择及其他方面可供借鉴的经验。The operational experiences of the neutral earthing mode in the original 10 kV electric network can refer to the application of 20 kV. This paper analyzes the classification and advantages of resistance grounding modes. Through the analysis on the resistance-grounded neutral system and its actual operation of the power supply network of 4 customer substations in Zhenjiang, some experiences which can be reference in respects of the selection of the neutral earthing mode, the connection of transformer winding in 20 kV distribution network and some other respects are concluded.
