摘 要:基于红外隐身技术实现的基本原理,提出了热红外复合隐身涂层的设计方案,即控制涂层表面温度和8—14μm波段红外发射率。从这两点出发,重点研究了低发射涂层铝粉、ITO粉和降温涂料相变微胶囊的制备。实验证明,进口Al粉和新型ITO粉在8—14μ波段平均红外发射率分别为0.236和0.478,相变微胶囊在相变区间内有一定的降温效果。实验结果对今后热红外复合隐身涂层的研究有很重要的指导意义。The basic principle of infrared stealth technology was presented in this paper. The design of thermal infrared composite stealthy coating was that controlling the temperature of the surface coating and the 8 - 14μm infrared emissivity. From two points,low emissivity coating of the aluminum and the ITO and phase change microcapsule as the decreased temperature were prepared. The average infrared emissivity of the imported aluminum and the new ITO were 0.236 and 0. 478 during the 8 -14 μm. Phase change microcapsule had the decreased temperature effect. They were all proved. With the results, there was a very important guiding significance to research of the thermal infrared composite stealthy coating in the future.
