摘  要:研究了草地下垫面出射长波辐射Rlu和地面气温ta之间的关系,Rlu与ta之间具有很好的线性相关性,各个季节两者日平均值之间的线性相关系数普遍大于0.98,拟合曲线的回归标准差小于5.0W.m-2。并提出了基于地面气温的地表出射长波辐射的计算方案,并利用本站2004年9月-2005年8月一年期间的观测资料,对计算方案的可行性进行了论证。检验结果表明,各个季节Rlu计算结果的均方根误差和平均相对误差普遍小于5.5W.m-2和1.3%,计算值与观测值之间的一致性指数普遍大于0.95。该研究结果对于缺乏地表出射长波辐射观测资料的地区或缺损该资料的时段具有重要参考价值。Outgoing surface long-wave radiation ( Rli ) is an import component of surface radiation budget, unfortunately, a good many observation sites lacking this meteorological data. Therefore, a simple and accurate model for calculating Rlu is essential and significative. Based on two-year observation of outgoing grass land surface long-wave radiation and screen-level air temperature ( ta ) at SKYNET Hefei site, the empirical relations between Rlu and ta have been statistically analyzed. Results indicated that there being excellent linear correlation between Rlu and to, and the liner correlation coefficients R between daily mean Rlu and ta are higher than 0. 98 for each season, the standard deviation of regression lines less than 5.0W · m^-2. A parameterization for calculating Rlu based on ta has been proposed and it's feasibility has been demonstrated using observed data during the period of September 2004 to August 2005. The results indicated that the root mean square errors and mean percent errors of calculated Rtu less than 5.5W · m^-2 and 1.3% for each season with the degree of agreement for observed and calculated value higher than 0. 954. The scheme is proved to be valid and feasible and it has significant reference value for regions and/or period of time in defect of Rlu observation data.
