摘　　要：介绍了炉卷轧机生产线上用于切头、尾和分切的转筒式飞剪的二级自动化控制系统。该系统以TMEIC-GE的V系列PLC为控制核心,辅以热金属检测器完成飞剪的精确定位和剪切。文中着重阐述了飞剪的剪切循环和控制原理。This article introduced the L2 auto-control system of drum flying shear, which is used to crop front/tail end and divide bar in steckel mill production line. The system takes PLC of TMEIC-GE V series as the control key, and hot-metal as subsidiary detector to complete accurate cutting. The cutting cycle and controlling principle were also explained in details.
