摘  要:以具有代表性的新疆典型亚高山草地为研究对象,利用静态暗箱法对天然长期处于不同土壤湿度条件下的草地土壤CO2排放进行连续观测。结果表明,高湿度自然草地CO2日排放总量为33.610 g/m2.d,低湿度自然草地CO2日排放总量为36.658 g/m2.d,低湿度比高湿度的多了9.07%;高湿度处理草地CO2日排放总量为21.534 g/m2.d。低湿度处理草地CO2日排放总量为24.427 g/m2.d,低湿度处理比高湿度处理增加了13.43%。CO2排放通量日变化与土水势呈指数相关。The study was conducted on the typical sub-alpine meadow in Xinjiang, and continuous obser- vation was made on grassland soil emission under the long-term different soil moisture conditions naturally by static closed chamber technique. The results prove that the daily emissions of CO2 from high-humidity natural grassland is 33.610g/m^2·d,and that from low-humidity natural grassland is 36.658g/m^2·d with 9.07% higher than that of the former;daily emissions of CO2 from high-humidity treatment grassland is 21.534g/m^2·d,and that from low-humidity treatment grassland is 24.427g/m^2·d with 13.43% higher than the former. In addition,the daily variation of CO2 flux has index correlation with soil water potential.
