摘 要:在实验室自然温度下,研究了孪斑唇瓢虫1-4龄幼虫对桑白盾蚧若虫的捕食功能反应。试验结果表明,应用Holling-Ⅱ型方程拟合各龄幼虫的H最大捕食量:1龄、2龄、3龄和4龄幼虫分别为:597.4,106.9,176.5,214.6头/a;应用Holling-Ⅲ型方程拟合各龄幼虫的最佳寻找密度:1龄、2龄、3龄和4龄幼虫分别为:53.0,36.8,36.9,37.7头/d。表明孪斑唇瓢虫幼虫对桑白盾蚧若虫捕食潜力很大,尤其是3龄和4龄幼虫对桑白盾蚧若虫具有较大的捕食潜能,且各龄幼虫的寻找效应均随着猎物密度的增加而降低。Response of 1 to 4 instar larvae of Chilocorus geminus Zaslavskij to nymphs Pseudaulacaspis pentagona (Targion) were studied in the laboratory under natural temperature. The maximum pest a-mount predated by different instar larvae of ladybird per day were calculated with Holling- Ⅱ formula. The insects predated 1,2,3 and 4-instar larvae per day were 597.4,106.9,176.5 and 214.6 respectively. The best seeking density by different instar larvae of ladybird per day were calculated with Holling-Ⅲ formula. The result demonstrated 1-,2-, 3-and 4- instar larvae were about 53.0,36.8,36.9 and 37.7 respectively. The experiment results showed Chilocorus geminus Zaslavskij catches a lot of Pseudaulacaspis pentagona (Targion) per day,especially the 3rd-instar and 4th-instar larvae catch greater number of Pseudaulacaspis pentagona (Targion). The searching efficiency decreases with increase of predator density.
