摘  要:噪声是指在一定环境中不应有而有的声音,本文通过对故宫噪声的实地观测和问卷调查,发现各主要景点存在比较严重的噪声污染,各观测点每天不同时段噪声观测值均大于50 db(A),每天噪声平均值都大于59 db(A);通过行政管理、技术管理两方面分析,认为故宫噪声产生的原因是:噪声源未得到有效控制,未采取预约旅游、旅游信息公告制度,门票价格的杠杆作用失灵,环境容量未得到有效控制,解说系统不够完善;最后,从行政、技术管理两个方面,提出了控制噪声源、推广网上预约参观制度、加强门票收入管理和环境容量控制、完善解说系统等针对性措施.Noise is an unwanted sound in a special environment. This paper analyzes space and time rules of noise distrubution in Forbidden City by noise observation and questionnaire investigation on the spot. It finds that there is serious noise pollution in Forbidden City and noise observation degrees are all bigger than 50 db(A) in different period of time and average noise observation per day are all bigger than 59 db(A). There are four reasons of producing nose through noise analysis of administrative and technical management. Source of noise hasn't been controlled effectively. System of booking of tourism and tourism information bulletin hash' t been adopted. Leverage of ticket price is failure and environment capacity isn' t been controlled effectively. It also gives four advises of noise management such as controlling source of noise, booking system by internet, reinforcement of ticket income and improving environment carrying capacity and strengthening interpretation system.
