摘　　要：给出了矿用工控机开关量通道的故障检测方法和可靠性设计方案，对电路构成、工作原理、功能特点进行了描述。分析和实验表明，该故障检测方法能显著改善开关量输出通道的可靠性，且易于工程实现。Some failure detection and reliability design schemes of data output channel for mine computer were put forward.The descriptions about the hardware structure and the mechanism as well as the analysis of the performance features were given.The results reduced by analysis and experiments show that the schemes can improve the reliability of data output channel and is easy to be implemented.
