摘 要:运用电磁波场基本理论,推导了海气界面的电磁波场散射方程;通过对由Helmholtz方程近似得到的抛物近似方程的求解,研究了海气界面上电磁波的传播损耗模式,探讨了电磁波在海气界面的蒸发波导中的传播模型;采用双尺度模型,并根据海面微尺度波谱和Bragg散射理论建立了海浪谱与雷达散射截面的关系.最后,讨论了后向散射截面与海面波高起伏、电磁波长、极化方式以及入射余角的关系,指明了海面的粗糙程度对雷达后向散射截面的变化有着极其重要的影响.In this paper, electromagnetic field scattering equations of the air-sea interface were deduced by using the basic theory of electromagnetic field. The transmission loss patterns of the electromagnetic field was studied by solving the parabolic similar equation which is gotten from the Helmholtz equation similarly. The Propagation model Of the electromagnetic wave in the air-sea interface evaporation duct was discussed. According to the micro-scale wave spectrum and the theory of Bragg scattering,the relationship between a wave spectrum and the radar cross section was established by using a dual-scale model. Finally,the relationship between the cross section and the fluctuations of the sea surface, electromagnetic wave length, Polarization and grazing angle. The extremely important impact decided by the roughness of the sea surface on the changes of the radar cross section was pointted out at last.
