摘　　要：为了有效地处理远程教育中学生在学习中遇到的问题,在探讨现有答疑与教学辅助系统特点的基础上,针对这些答疑系统存在的主要问题,设计了一套实时性远程智能答疑与教学辅助系统方案.该方案有以下创新点:1)建立解答数据库,学生可以自行查询,如果不能立刻获得答案,可以使用留言信箱,从而减少教师工作强度;2)对问题有统计和记录,方便老师及时了解学生的知识掌握程度,同时对新教师的教学有辅助效果.This article designed a set of projects of a real-time distance intelligent answering system and a teaching assisted system in order to handle effectively the problems that the students meet in the long-distance education. On the basis of inquiring into the characteristics of the present answer question system and the teaching assisted system, the new project has been established. They have new features as follows： 1）Because there is a database of answering, the students can search it by themselves. If they can not get the answer immediately, they can employ database of message mailbox, thus the teachers＇ work intension can be reduced. 2）There are statistics and records of the problems in project, so it is convenient for teachers to know the students＇ situation in time and meanwhile the new projects can assist the new teacher＇s teaching.
