摘　　要：目的探讨采用关节镜联合术后放射治疗膝关节弥漫型色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎。方法对46例膝关节弥漫型色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎患者行膝关节镜下病变滑膜全切除术，术后辅以放疗并进行系统的康复训练。术后随访13-36个月。结果术前国际膝关节评分（IKDC）膝关节功能主观评分为（62．8±4．8）分，Lysholm膝关节功能评分为（40．6±4．7）分。随访时，IKDC膝关节功能主观评分为（86．7±4．7）分，Lysholm膝关节功能评分为（86．4±5．5）分。结论采用关节镜联合术后放射治疗膝关节弥漫性色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎简单易行、损伤小、恢复快、最大程度的恢复膝关节的功能、复发率低，疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of arthroscopy and radiotherapy on diffused pigmented villonodular synovitis. Methods 46 patients with diffused pigmented villonodular synovitis were treated with arthroscopic synovectomy, postoperative radiotherapy and systematic rehabilitation program. 38 patients were followed-up for 13 to 36 months. Results According the International Knee Documentation Committee （IKDC） criteria, the subjective knee scores and Lysholm scores before operation were 62.8±4.8 and 40.6±4.7, respectively, whereas those at the last follow-up were 86.7±4.7 and 86.4±5.5, respectively. Conclusion It is effective of arthroscopy and postoperative radiotherapy on diffused pigmented villonodular synovitis.
