摘　　要：文中叙述了湖南涟邵矿务局斗笠山煤矿香花台井北翼的煤层开采条件和开采现状 ;为脱贫解困由现行的旱采改为水力采煤的必要性 ;推行水采所选择的工艺流程及可行性分析 ;推行水采后的经济效益和社会效益。A brief introduction is made of the geological and cur- rent mining conditions of the seam located in the west wing of the Xianghuatai Shaft of Doulishan Coal Mine,L ianshao Mining Administration,Hunan Province,fhe necessity of shifting conventional mining system to hydromining system for poverty relief,the feasibility of the technological process selscted,and the economic and social returns yielded after hydromining system is adopted.
