摘 要:介绍了河南某氧化铅矿浮选-重选工艺研究,该氧化铅矿含铅12.4%、伴生银品位155g/t,矿石中氧化铅占78.8%,属难选矿石。经多方案试验比较,提出适合于该矿石性质的选矿工艺流程;硫化铅和氧化铅混合浮选,尾矿用螺旋溜槽粗选、摇床精选,获得铅精矿含铅50.28%、银650.2g/t,铅回收率71.77%,银回收率74.59%。The study of flotationgravity separation technology of a lead oxide mine in Henan Province,which contains lead 12.4%,associated silver 155g/t,78.8% is lead oxide in lead minerals,so the ore is difficult to be separated.The bulk flotation of lead sulfide and lead oxide was put forward according to the characteristics of the ore by comparison of various schemes.Tailings was recovered by spiral chute,then the rough concentrate was cleaned by shaking tables.The final concentrate contains 50.28% Pb with 71.77% recovery and 650.2g/t silver with 74.59% recovery.
