摘　　要：在加快高校学籍档案工作信息化建设中,要重视学籍档案管理者的信息素质——信息意识的建设。这种信息意识主要包括:档案资源的数字化意识、信息服务的网络化意识、信息管理的标准化意识。In the construction of the information-based Management of Students＇ Enrollment Files in the institutes of higher education, money and efforts have mostly been invested in buying computer hardwares and softwares, while the training of the information quality of the managing personnel, their information awareness isusually ignored, which has affects the information-based construction.
