摘　　要：介绍一种颚式破碎机液压过载保护装置，采用柱塞式喷油泵提供系统所需高压油，用非标准件“动作阀”取代溢流阀，实现过载泄油安全保护和排除故障后自动复位。该液压过载保护系统液压元件少、功耗低、体积小、可靠性高，具有对颚式破碎机进行安全保护、排除过载故障、自动恢复正常生产等功能，便于实现自动化，适用于过载频繁的场合。A Hydraulic Overload Protection System for the jaw crusher is introduced in this paper.The system is supplied with high pressure oil by a plungertype fuel pump.By using the nonstandard component “action valve”instead of the overflow valve,the system can carry out overload protection by dripping oil and achieve selfreset after a breakdown is fixed.This system,with fewer hydraulic elements,has the characteristics of lower power consumption,smaller volume and higher reliability,and has the functions of overload protection,removal of overload faults,and automatic return to normal operation,so as to realize crushing automation.It is suitable for crushing under frequent overload.
