摘　　要：用45#钢制成的铆钉枪窝头，选用临界点淬火工艺细化晶粒、选用多冲抗力峰值对应的温度回火及快冷工艺，使窝头的使用寿命提高了近百倍，热处理新工艺节能约20％。Use the rivet gun head made of 45 steel, choose the grain refinement with thetechnique of the critical point quench, choose the crest value of the multiple--percussion resistance of the correspanding temperature temper and the technique of quick cooling, and itwill raise the head's service life about 100 times. The new technique of the heat--treatmentwill save the energy by 20 per cent.
