环城游憩带对周边县域旅游产业影响机制研究--以重庆市为例

摘　　要：揭示山地城市环城游憩带ReBAM构建的特殊性及其对相邻县域旅游产业的影响机制,以便对县域旅游产业的发展提供指导。运用文献归纳法对国内外环城游憩带相关理论进行了归纳;结合山地城市的特点,总结出重庆市环城游憩带构建的特殊性;运用系统分析方法,揭示县域旅游产业系统与环城游憩带的作用面,并据此提出相关建议。研究表明,"乡村性"与"生态性"是环城游憩带的主要特点,交通是否便捷是影响环城游憩带旅游产业发展的重要因素。因此,重庆市主城周边区县必须加强"乡村性"与"生态性"的营造,健全旅游交通体系,培育游客良好的"地方感",才能构成重庆环城游憩带核心环节。Along with the accelerated course of urbanization, the recreational belt around metropolis （ReBAM） is under vigorous development. This article aims to point out the particularity of ReBAM＇s construction in mountainous city, and the influence mechanism of ReBAM on the tourist industry of the peripheral counties, in hope of giving some references to the economic development of these areas. First of all, this article sums up the present theories and practice fruits about the recreational belt around metropolis （ReBAM） , both at home and aboard by using literature inductive method. It also analyses the acting surface between the construction of ReBAM in Chongqing and the tourist industrial system of the peripheral counties by using system approach. Finally it puts forward some suggestions for the peripheral counties. This research make it clear that ＂rurality＂ and ＂ecological features＂ are the most important characters of ReBAM. In addition, whether the traffic is convenient or not is an important factor for the industry of ReBAM. Therefore, it is very important for the peripheral counties around Chongqing to keep ＂rurality＂ and ＂ecological features＂ ; to construct a convenient tourist traffic system, and cultivate good ＂sense of place＂ to tourists, in order to form the core of ReBAM in Chongqing.
