心脑欣胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛患者左心室收缩功能影响的观察

摘　　要：目的观察心脑欣胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛患者左心室收缩功能的影响。方法不稳定型心绞痛患者80例按就诊先后次序分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。2组均进行常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用心脑欣胶囊，2粒／次，2次／d。4周为1个疗程。观察左心室收缩功能（每搏血量、心输出量、射血分数、短轴缩短率）的变化情况。结果治疗组治疗后每搏血量、心输出量、射血分数、短轴缩短率均较治疗前增加，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；对照组治疗后上述指标较治疗前有不同程度的增加，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗组治疗后上述指标高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用心脑欣胶囊对冠心不稳定型心绞痛患者可较明显地改善左心室收缩功能。Objective To evaluate the effect of Xinnaoxin capsule on left ventricular systolic function in patients with unstable angina pectoris associated with coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty patients with unstable angina pectoris were enrolled and randomly divided into experimental group and control group （40 patients in each group）. Those patients were received routine treatment of stable angina pectoris for 4 weeks, plus in experimental group patients were added Xinnaoxin capsule for four weeks. Results The level of SV,CO,EF,FS in the experimental group increased significantly after 4 weeks＇ therapy （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but no significant increase in the control group. Compared with the control group, all indexes in group A increased more than those in group B （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xinnanxin capsule has good therapeutic effect on left ventricular systolic function on patients with unstable angina pectoris associated with coronary atherosclerotic disease.
